The Websites are owned and operated by Tres Jolie Tourism L.L.C (Commercial Registration No. 2067609), Dubai, United Arab Emirates. References to “we”, “us”, or “our” mean the Websites (as operated by their owner). The word “you” refers to the client visiting the Websites and/or making bookings through the Websites or through our Customer Service Team.
This Website is offered to you conditional upon your approval without amendments of all the terms, conditions, and notices set forth below (collectively, the "Terms of Use” or "Agreement"). Please read the Terms of Use carefully. You should also read our Privacy Policy, which governs your use of the Websites and is incorporated by reference in this Agreement. If you do not agree, please do not use or book any service through the Websites or our Customer Service Team.
As a condition of your use of the Websites, you warrant that:
We may deny access, at our sole discretion, to any user at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms of Use.
Through the Platform, the Websites and their associate (distribution) partners provide a web platform through which Suppliers can promote their service for booking, and through which visitors of the Platform can make such bookings (i.e. the booking service). By making a booking through the Platform, you are deemed to enter into an immediate and legally binding contractual relationship with the Supplier with which you make a booking or purchase a service or product (as applicable). From the point at which you make your booking, the Websites act solely as an intermediary between you and the Supplier, transmitting the information of your booking to the related Supplier(s) and sending you a booking confirmation voucher via email for and on behalf of the Supplier(s).
When rendering our Service, the information that is shown on the Platform is based on the information provided to us by Suppliers. As such, the Suppliers are given access to an extranet through which they are completely responsible for updating all rates, availability and other information which is shown on our Platform. Although we will use reasonable skill and care in providing our Service, we will not confirm if, and cannot warrant that, all information is accurate, complete or true, nor can we hold any responsibility for any faults (including obvious and typographical errors), any interruptions (whether due to any (temporary and/or partial) breakdown, repair, upgrade or maintenance of our Platform or otherwise), inaccurate, misleading or untrue information or non-delivery of information. Each Supplier stays accountable always for the accuracy, completeness and correctness of the (descriptive) information (including the rates and availability) shown on our Platform.
Our Service is made available for individual and non-commercial use only. Therefore, you are not permitted to re-sell, deep-link, use, copy, monitor (e.g. spider, scrape), display, download or reproduce any content material or information, software, bookings, tickets, products or services found on our Platform for any commercial or competitive activity or purpose.
The prices shown on our Platform are quite competitive. All prices are shown including VAT/sales tax and all other taxes (subject to change of such taxes), unless mentioned otherwise on our Platform or in the confirmation voucher or ticket. Ticket prices are per person or group and subjected to validity as shown on the ticket, if applicable. Applicable fees and taxes including tourist or city tax (if any) may be paid directly at the accommodation or charged by the Supplier in the case of a no-show or cancellation fee.
Sometimes cheaper rates are available on our Platform for a particular stay, product or service, however, these rates made available by Suppliers may hold special restrictions and conditions, for instance, non-cancellable and non-refundable. Please check the relevant service and booking conditions and details carefully for any such conditions prior to making your bookings.
The currency converter (if any) is for information purposes only and should not be counted on as accurate and real-time; actual rates might alter.
Unintentional mistakes and errors (including misprints) are not binding.
The Websites believe in safeguarding your privacy. Please have a look at our Privacy Policy and Cookies Policy published on the Websites.
Additional terms and conditions will be applied to your bookings and purchase of travel-related services that you make. Please read these additional terms and conditions carefully. In specific, if you have purchased an airfare, please make sure you read the full terms and conditions of carriage issued by the Supplier, which can be found on the Supplier’s website. You agree to abide by the terms and conditions of the provided service supplier, including, but not limited to, payment of all amounts when due and compliance with the supplier’s terms and conditions regarding availability and use of fares, products, or services. Airfare is only warranted once the purchase has been completed and the tickets have been issued. Airlines and other travel suppliers may alter their prices without prior notice. We reserve the right to cancel your booking if full payment is not received in a timely manner.
The Websites disclaim any liability or legal responsibility for any communication with the Supplier on or through the Platform. You cannot derive any rights from any request to, or communication with the Supplier or acknowledgement of receipt. The Websites cannot warrant that any request or communication will be (properly and timely) received/read by, complied with, implemented or acknowledged by the Supplier.
The Websites may offer customers the opportunity to book a flight for a combination of two one–way tickets instead of a roundtrip ticket. Combined one-way tickets may provide a better choice of flights, are often cheaper and can be combined on a similar airline or on different airlines. Unlike roundtrip tickets, each one-way ticket is subject to its own rules, conditions and fees. If one of these flights is affected by an airline alteration (e.g. cancellation or rescheduling) that causes a customer to make changes to the other flight, the customer will be responsible for any fees incurred for making changes to the unaffected flight.
You acknowledge that some third-party providers offering particular services and/or activities may ask you to sign their liability relinquishment prior to participating. Any infringement of such supplier rules may result in cancellation of your booking(s), denial of access to the applicable travel product or services, forfeiting any monies paid, and/or debiting your account for any costs we incur as a result of such infringement. The Websites are not responsible for any costs incurred due to accommodation relocation.
If relevant and available, certain Suppliers offer the chance for bookings to be paid (wholly or partially) during the reservation process by means of secure online payment (all to the extent offered and supported by your bank). For particular services and products, the Websites facilitate (through third-party payment processors) the payment of the applicable service (i.e. the payment facilitation service) at the selection of the Supplier (the Websites never act as the merchant of record).
For certain (i.e. non-refundable) rates or special offers, Suppliers may require that payment is made by credit/debit card, and therefore your card may be pre-authorized or charged upon making the booking. Please check the booking details thoroughly for any such circumstances prior to booking. The Websites will not be liable or responsible for any (authorized, (allegedly) unauthorized or untrue) charge by the Supplier and will not (re)claim any amount for any valid or authorized charge by the Supplier (including for pre-paid rates, no-show and chargeable cancellation).
In the occurrence of fraud or unauthorized use of your credit card by third parties, most banks and credit card companies bear the risk and cover the charges resulting from such fraud or misuse, which may sometimes be subjected to deductibility.
You are liable for making sure that you meet foreign entry requirements and that your travel documents, such as passports and visas (transit, business, tourist, and otherwise), are in order and any other foreign entry requirements are met. The Websites have no specific knowledge about foreign entry necessities or travel documents. Please review relevant government advisories prior to booking travel to international destinations.
Passport and Visa: Consult the related Embassy or Consulate. Requirements may alter; check the most recent information before booking and departure. We accept no liability if you are refused entry onto a flight or into any country due to failure to carry correct documents.
Health: Recommended vaccinations and health requirements may change; consult your doctor before departure. You are responsible for meeting health entry requirements and following medical advice.
By offering reservations for travel services in certain international destinations, the Websites do not represent or guarantee that travel to such areas is advisable or risk-free and are not responsible for losses that may result from travel to such areas.
Some banks and credit card companies apply fees for international transactions or currency conversions. Your issuing bank may convert the payment amount to your local currency and charge you a conversion or foreign transaction fee. The amount on your card statement may differ from the amount shown on the billing summary page. Such fees are solely your bank’s responsibility.
By making a booking with a Supplier, you accept and agree to the applicable cancellation and no-show policy of that Supplier, and to any further terms and conditions of the Supplier. Certain rates or special offers are not cancellable or changeable. Applicable city or tourist tax may still be charged by the Supplier in the case of a no-show or charged cancellation. Bookings that require down payment or (wholly or partially) prepayment may be cancelled if the relevant amount(s) cannot be collected in full on the relevant payment date according to the Supplier’s payment policy. Late payment, wrong card details, invalid cards or insufficient funds are at your risk and responsibility.
If you have a late or delayed arrival on the check-in date or only arrive the next day, promptly communicate this with the Supplier to avoid cancellation or no-show fees. Our Customer Service Team may assist, without guarantee.
Information, software, products and services shown on the Websites may include inaccuracies or errors, including pricing errors. The Websites do not warrant the accuracy of, and disclaim all liability for any errors or other inaccuracies relating to the information and description of accommodation, airline, car rental and other travel services available (including, without limitation, prices, photos, facilities, general descriptions, etc.). The Websites explicitly reserve the right to correct any pricing errors on the Websites and/or bookings made under a wrong price.
Whether or not a Supplier has charged you for your service, or if we facilitate the payment, you agree and acknowledge that the Supplier is always responsible for the collection, withholding, remittance and payment of the applicable taxes due on the total amount of the booking to the relevant tax authorities. The Websites are not liable or responsible for such remittance/collection/withholding/payment.
Property ratings are only general guidelines; no accuracy is warranted. The Websites and their respective suppliers may make improvements and/or changes at any time.
The Websites make no representations about the appropriateness of the information, software, products and services for any purpose; all are provided “as is” without guarantee of any kind. The Websites and their respective Suppliers do not warrant that the Websites, servers, or emails are free of viruses or other harmful components. All implied warranties (merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement) are disclaimed to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Suppliers providing travel-related services are independent contractors and not agents or employees of the Websites. The Websites are not responsible for the acts, errors, omissions, representations, warranties, breaches or negligence of any such Suppliers or for any injuries, death, property damage, or other damages or expenses resulting therefrom. The Websites have no liability and will make no refund in the event of any delay, cancellation, overbooking, strike, force majeure or other causes beyond their direct control, and have no responsibility for any additional expenses, omissions, delays, re-routing or acts of God, government or authority.
In no event shall the Websites and their respective Suppliers be liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with your access to, display of or use of the Websites or with the delay or inability to access, display or use the Websites (including, but not limited to, any computer viruses, information, software, linked sites, products and services obtained through the Websites), whether based on negligence, contract, tort, strict liability, consumer protection laws, or otherwise, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Unless mentioned otherwise, the software required for our Services or available at or used by the Platform and the intellectual property rights (including the copyrights) of the contents and information and material on the Platform are owned by the Websites and/or their licensors and providers. You are not entitled to copy, scrape, (hyper-/deep) link to, publish, promote, market, integrate, utilize, combine or otherwise use the content or our brands without express written permission. Any illegal use will constitute a material violation of our intellectual property rights.
To the extent allowed by law, these Terms of Use and the provision of our services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and any dispute arising out of these Terms of Use and our services shall be subject to the competent courts in Dubai, UAE.
The original English version of these Terms and Conditions may be translated into other languages. The English version shall prevail in case of discrepancy, to the extent permitted by law. If any provision is or becomes invalid, unenforceable or non-binding, you shall remain bound by all other provisions.
How to request: Submit cancellation/amendment via your registered email or through your account on vdubai.ae / book.tresjolie.ae / tresjolie.ae. A request is considered received once you get our acknowledgment.
Governing policy: Any cancellation/refund is subject to the Supplier’s policy (hotel/airline/activity provider). Refunds equal the amount returned by the Supplier after deducting its fees and any banking charges.
Websites’ processing fee: A fixed non-refundable processing fee (disclosed at the time of request) will be deducted from any refund, if applicable.
Processing timelines (indicative):
Card refunds: 5–14 business days to the original payment method.
Local UAE bank transfers: 3–7 business days.
External gateways/overseas banks: up to 20 business days.
Bank delays and FX differences are outside our control.
Non-refundable cases: Non-Refundable bookings, No-Show, services once started/consumed, promotional deals, government taxes/fees, and service/processing fees.
Amendments/Exchanges: Any change (dates/names/service class) is subject to availability and may incur fare/price difference + Supplier fee + processing fee.
Name changes on air tickets are typically not allowed; if allowed, Supplier fees apply.
Some Suppliers require cancel + rebook instead of amending.
Recommended notice: Submit requests 48–72 hours before service time (may vary by Supplier).
Chargebacks: You agree to contact our support first to attempt resolution before initiating a bank chargeback.
Electronic delivery: Vouchers/tickets/invoices are sent to your registered email and appear in your account on the Websites upon confirmation or within 24 hours maximum.
Contact details: You are responsible for accurate email/phone details. Failed delivery due to incorrect details is not attributable to the Websites.
Re-sending: We will re-send on request and can share a copy via available messaging channels upon your instruction.
In travel services, an “exchange” means changing the service (date/type/name), not a cash refund. It is subject to Supplier availability and may require: fare/price difference + Supplier fee + processing fee.
If no acceptable alternative is available, the cancellation/refund terms in Clause 13 apply to the original booking.
