Lusail ist eine geplante Stadt in Katar, die an der Küste im südlichen Teil der Gemeinde Al Daayen liegt. Lusail befindet sich etwa 23 Kilometer nördlich des Stadtzentrums von Doha, direkt nördlich der West Bay Lagoon, auf über 38 Quadratkilometern und wird schließlich die Infrastruktur haben, um 450.000 Menschen unterzubringen. Von diesen 450.000 Menschen wird geschätzt, dass 250.000 oder weniger Bewohner sein werden, 190.000 werden Büroangestellte und 60.000 werden Einzelhandelsangestellte sein. Es ist geplant, Marinas, Wohngebiete, Inselresorts, Geschäftsviertel, Luxuseinkaufs- und Freizeiteinrichtungen sowie eine Golfplatzgemeinschaft, künstliche Inseln und mehrere Unterhaltungsviertel zu haben. Der Bau ist noch im Gange. Die Entwicklung wird vom staatlich kontrollierten Entwickler Qatari Diar zusammen mit der Parsons Corporation und der Dorsch-Gruppe durchgeführt. Es ist einer der vorgeschlagenen Austragungsorte für die Fußball-Weltmeisterschaft 2022 in Katar.
